A parvovirus isolated from royal python (Python regius) is a member of the genus Dependovirus.
Parvoviruses were isolated from Python regius and Boa constrictor snakes and propagated in viper heart (VH-2) and iguana heart (IgH-2) cells. The full-length genome of a snake parvovirus was cloned and both strands were sequenced. The organization of the 4432-nt-long genome was found to be typical of parvoviruses. This genome was flanked by inverted terminal repeats (ITRs) of 154 nt, containing...
متن کاملThe expression strategy of goose parvovirus exhibits features of both the Dependovirus and Parvovirus genera.
The RNA transcription profile of the goose parvovirus (GPV) was determined, and it is a surprising hybrid of features of the Parvovirus and Dependovirus genera of the Parvovirinae subfamily of the Parvoviridae. Similar to the Dependovirus adeno-associated virus type 5, RNAs transcribed from the GPV upstream P9 promoter, which encode the viral nonstructural proteins, were polyadenylated at a hig...
متن کاملPoisoned GOOSE: Exploiting the GOOSE Protocol
This paper presents a vulnerability within the generic object oriented substation event (GOOSE) communication protocol. It describes an exploit of the vulnerability and proposes a number of attack variants. The attacks sends GOOSE frames containing higher status numbers to the receiving intelligent electronic device (IED). This prevents legitimate GOOSE frames from being processed and effective...
متن کاملGoal Reasoning for an Autonomous Squad Member
Autonomous agents are beginning to play larger roles within team-oriented tasks and missions in various domains. Many reasoning agents are designed to perform in or assist with a single, static goal or task within an environment. Our aim is to design and develop an autonomous squad member that assists a squad with conducting a surveillance mission by identifying and reacting dynamically to chan...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
